How to use these feeds and opml files? Get a feed reader and check it's documentation for issues.
We have tested our RSS feeds and opml files against couple of RSS readers such as
RssFeedEater,
Folio First,
NewsInABox,
InfoletNews
and some RSS validation tools
FeedValidator and
RSS Validator.

Softpile is currently using the RSS 2.0 format. The specification includes samples of earlier versions.
